In cooperation with the technical expert in charge, our recruiters will make a first selection of candidates. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Convince us with your personality and your expertise. During this first interview, you’ll get to know the line manager and an employee from our HR department by video conference or face to face. This is the perfect opportunity for you to ask questions about our company and convince us in person of your motivation.
If the first interview goes well, we’ll invite you to meet us at your future location. You’ll meet another manager from the area in question and maybe have a first look at your future workplace. This time, the interview will focus on your technical competencies and how well you’d fit into the team.
We’ll let you know as soon as possible whether your application has been successful – usually within just a few days – and also ask you to do us the same favor. If both parties agree, we’ll send you your employment contract. But before your first day on your new job, you’ll also receive some information necessary to prepare for a successful start.
